Anything magical except WHM, since the elementals favor him (and he likes plants). it's the easiest for him BLM/SMN/RDM/BLU etc are SO hard for him. he cannot get it at all. ranged is second confusing but at least he can use his strength partially for those. twitter.com/byletri/status…
