The C700 author likes chipsynth SFC! C700 can output to hardware, csSFC can do some advance modulation easily when C700 cannot. As a power user of both, csSFC and C700 can coexist because each of them offer unique experiences. twitter.com/osoumen/status…

chipsynth sfcちょっと触った印象では、C700でないと出来ない事もあるけど、ほとんどの人がやりたい事は満たせそう。使いやすいし、何より多くの人が安心して使える。これで、sfc音楽を作る人が増えるとまた楽しい事になりそう。

Chipsynth sfc、C700の事を良く理解して下さっているなぁと思う点が随所に見られたのが、自分的には報われたというか、何かを次の時代に繋げられたような気がしてちょっと感動でした。

C700を作ったのも、かの菊田さんが、当時サンプラーを8台積み上げて作曲していた話からもヒントを得ているので、そこから繋がっているんだと思っている。

あと、Chipsynth sfcの波形、wavだけじゃなくて普通にbrrも読めるようなので、C700で作った音色も簡単に移植出来そう。パラメータもほぼ互換っぽいし。
