@to6okegao 見たところ、両者ノイズの違いはサンプルレートの違い以前にAudacity/AmigaPalのエクスポート処理自体に原因がありそう。何故かAmigaPalだとノイズが多くなるのは、ditheringか何かをかけているから…？

自分も試してみたけど、AmigaPalとAudacityそれぞれで11,744 Hz 8 bit設定でエクスポートしたものを比較すると、確かにAmigaPalの方がノイズが多くなる。AmigaPalの方は何か特別な処理をしているんだろうか… twitter.com/to6okegao/stat…
